Lubezone Lubrication systems are looking for a Full time Logistics Assistant

We aim to offer a competitively priced premium service to all our customers with no preferential treatment. Whether our customer is an OEM, dealer or end user, our service stays the same.

**What you will be doing**

The main purpose of this role is to assist our logistics and stock supervisor to maintain a smooth-running process of day-to-day tasks which include:

- Scheduling upcoming service work, this includes liaising with engineers on stock requirements and with customers to gather the relevant details.
- Processing engineers’ kits to dispatch
- Processing customer parts orders
- Updating the schedule with job information
- Handling goods in and out processes
- General stock control and purchasing including stocktaking and liaising with suppliers.
- Resolving customer enquiries
- General administrative work and data input

**What we need from you**

Permanent role with working hours 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Location is at the LUBEZONE head office (Unit 2, Rockhaven Industrial Estate, Gloucester, GL1 1AJ)

What skills and experience you will bring to us
- Good communication skills
- Positive work ethics
- Strong organisational skills
- Keen willingness to learn.
- Understanding of Xero, Excels and CRM systems are desirable but not necessary as training will be given.
