The Copthorne Hotel Slough - Windsor is seeking an experienced **Food & Beverage Assistant **who will be responsible for assisting in providing efficient, friendly and quality service during breakfast.

**As Food & Beverage Assistant your key responsibilities include**:

- To ensure that tables are appropriately cleared and re-set according to M&C standards.
- Deal with complaints and ensure guest’s wishes are met.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage items served for dinner service and upsell where appropriate.
- To perform all duties related to restaurant opening/closing shifts
- Take responsibility for ensuring the overall cleanliness of the restaurant area.
- Ensuring that the mise en place is sufficient and to the required standard

**As Food & Beverage Assistant the essential skills required**:

- Previous F&B and hosting experience in hotel or restaurant advantageous
- Excellent communication skill and organization skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Attention to detail
- Great team player
