**About the role**

As a T&C supervisor you will have regulatory oversight of our colleagues who give mortgage advice and of those who arrange House Insurance. You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring our Training and Competence scheme is effectively implemented, that our colleagues are highly trained to provide relevant and compliant mortgage advice including the ongoing monitoring of the advice by observing appointments, listening in to calls and reviewing case files.

Working closely with the mortgage advisors, the branch leadership team and the mortgage underwriting team you will ensure our colleagues attain and maintain competency in the mortgage advisor role and the insurance seller role

**About you**

We’ll give you the tools to succeed, but you’ll need to show:

- The ability to deliver high quality training to individuals and small groups
- Strong listening skills
- A keen eye for detail
- A passion for providing feedback through coaching
- Experience of working within regulated mortgage environment

A Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) qualification is a requirement
