_**Access Personnel Ltd are currently hiring for Fish Processing Operators on behalf of our Client, a leading seafood processing company located in Aberdeen.**_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate Baader machines to process fish according to company standards.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of the machines.
- Ensure product quality and safety by following established procedures.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food production is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Effective communication skills.

Starting at 7am and finishing at 4pm Monday to Friday with extra hours available most weekends.

- All Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided, including safety boots, hair net, white overalls, sleeves, and apron_

Starting Rate: £11.44/per hour

Due to the nature of the work and equipment applicants must be 18 years or over to apply.

Pay: From £11.44 per hour
