Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Operations Assistant. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pool water tests
- Fire Marshall
- Safety and Cleanliness checks
- Tidying weights floor in the gym
- Lifeguard Duties
- Assist the Duty Manager

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

The ideal candiate should see this as a step towards a Duty Manager role. Ideally the candiate will be qualified to NLPQ lifeguard standard (however training can be provided for the right candiate).

Pay: £13.46 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
