**Role**:
Reporting to the Bid Manager, this is a great opportunity to join the Rail and Special Projects business area of Bourne Group Ltd at our Ringwood Office. As an Assistant Estimator, you will play a key role within a small, dynamic work winning team.

The role offers structured training and development, including occasional site visits and interaction with other departments within Bourne Group.

This position provides excellent prospects for future career progression.

You will work closely with the Bid Manager and Business Unit Director, contributing to the preparation of Tenders aimed at securing new projects.

**Applicant**:
We are seeking an individual educated to A level standard (or equivalent). Qualifications in engineering or construction disciplines are desirable but not essential. A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel is required, and you must have a driving license.

You should be a confident communicator, both in person and via telephone/Teams, with strong written communication skills. Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy are essential, as is a high level of reliability, energy, and enthusiasm to integrate into our team.
