You'll be working Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm and Friday 8.00am to 1.00pm
You'll need to have a proactive and positive attitude with excellent communication skills to enable you to listen to and respond professionally to requests from the Estates Manager and other stakeholders
Your main responsibilities will include administration tasks, liaising with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders, assisting and supporting the Estates Manager, providing an outstanding service to all stakeholders.
**Main Duties**:
General office administration duties including producing documents, reports, and presentations
Liaising with suppliers/clients and other staff
Devising and maintaining office systems including data management and filling
Dealing with queries and assisting in resolving problems
Overseeing suppliers/contractors on site
Assisting Estates Manager when required
Working to support the contract team
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
**To be successful in the role, you will need**:
Experience in a public facing role with the ability to deal with challenging situations
Excellent IT skills including knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
A systematic and organised approach to work
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work using your own initiative
Understanding of health and safety processes
Discretion and understanding of confidentiality issues
