A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced social worker for a Lead Practitioner role in our Adult Social Care Aintree University Hospital Social Work team to make a real difference to the people and communities we serve, now and for the future.

As Lead Practitioner some of your responsibilities will include the following:

- To uphold and improve standards of practise within the service
- Be part of the multi-disciplinary Care Transfer Hub at Aintree University Hospital
- Support and liaise with other hospitals in the area
- To provide advice and development through supervision: practice educator roles: coaching and observing practice
- Leading areas of responsibility across the service
