A large organisation based in Kent is looking for an experienced individual to undertake a change management project role for approx. 4-5 months. You need to be experienced in change management, have project management skills, have worked in large complexorganisations and have excellent communication skills. Part time and full time will be considered.
Duties
- The organisation has recently undergone a structural re-design. You will be responsible for reviewing this in certain departments and working out solutions to move forward
- Reviewing governance, supporting the development and implementation of ways of practice, making refinements, getting engagement and launching
- Supporting with completing relevant documentation between the appropriate staff and divisions
