**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Assist guests with inquiries, offering information about services and amenities available.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the arcade area and other common spaces.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery across all areas of the facility.
- Address any guest complaints or concerns in a courteous manner, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
- Assisting guests with their needs in our redemption shop.
- You may also be required to assist in our brand new carnival games area, serving guests and assisting them when playing these games.

**Skills**
- Excellent guest services skills, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with an approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and demands within a busy environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality or related fields is advantageous but not essential.

Training will be provided for all aspects of this position.

This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your skills as we shall also be recruiting soon for our 2025 season.

This is a temporary position, expected to end on 03/01/2025.

Due to us working within the gambling industry, applicants must aged 18 and over.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
