**We are looking to recruit a Commercial Plumber to join our team.**

**Location**: Midlands/North

**Hours and Pay**:Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week - competitive salary plus generous overtime package, call out allowance, First Time Fix Bonus and door to door pay.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Undertaking planned & reactive trade-related maintenance tasks within own area of expertise and skill set
- Participating in the out of hours call out rota as required.
- Taking measurements, estimating labour and identifying material requirements for follow-on works via the red reporting system and completing detailed Red Reports.
- Carrying out work in a safe and diligent manner adhering to company policies, procedures, risk & method statements.

**What Bellrock are looking for?**
- Sound understanding of Health, Safety and environmental legislation and working practices.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Must be able to cover emergency call outs (evenings, weekends, and bank holidays on a rota basis).

**Experience and qualifications needed**:

- Appropriate qualifications in plumbing - NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent.
- G3 Unvented Qualification.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Must have driver’s licence and be willing to travel.
- Previous experience in Commercial Plumbing
