**Senior Customer Service Advisor**
**Location: Head Office, 2 Providence Place, West Bromwich, B70 8AF**
**Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum**
**Contract: Permanent**
**Hours: 35 hours per week (Annualised Hours)**
Here at the West Brom we're recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join our established Customer Services team at our Head Office. You will be one of the first points of contact supporting with customers queries and enquires, and leading the team to deliver all business and personal objectives.
To be successful in this role you will have a clear understanding of delivering outstanding Customer Service ensuring our customers’ needs are at the forefront of your day and be a high motivated individual who is people and solution focussed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Delivery of satisfactory customer outcomes
- Management and prioritisation of own and team workloads
- Making appropriate informed decisions
- Delivery of outstanding customer service which meets department service and quality
- Standards including use of EIT for every integration with the customer, both internal and external
- To ensure all risk and control framework requirements are adhered too
- To develop own skills on an ongoing basis, maintaining Personal Development Plans
**Personal Requirements**:
- Excellent front line and/or back office customer service skills
- Good understanding of Cash ISA’s and Regulatory requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Quick and accurate keyboard skills
- Excellent coaching and feedback skills
- Ability to work effectively using own initiative or as part of a team
- Able to adapt within a pressurised environment
- A positive attitude
