Golf Centre Supervisor

**Job description**:
We are a relaxed, fun and friendly Golf Centre with affordable prices for all of our facilities. Our facilities include an 9 hole Par 70 golf course, 30 bay driving range with Toptracer and Power tee on the majority of bays, a putting green, Par 3 course and an Academy Golf course.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a supervisor to join our team. As a golf centre supervisor, you will be responsible for the day to day running of our front of house and kiosk operations. As a supervisor you will be responsible for providing quality customer service, supporting, and training all staff and ensuring a great team dynamic. This role will require weekend and evening work.

**General day to day responsibilities**:

- Building a rapport with customers and providing exceptional customer service.
- Checking in customers and members for their golf rounds taking payment and topping up membership points where necessary.
- Marshalling the golf course ensuring there is no slow play.
- Selling F&B and facility products both in the centre, in the first tee kiosk and out on the golf course.
- Barista coffee making.
- Food cooking via Mery Chef (Full training and certification provided).
- Discuss and promote golf course memberships with potential new members.
- Discuss questions related to golf, the golf course, clubhouse, driving range etc.
- Organizing workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and training.
- Receive complaints and respond to complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve problems as they arise.
- Train new employees.
- Assist the manager in the organisation and running of golf events.
