New Directions Education are recruiting for a School Cleaners on behalf of primary and secondary schools in Cardiff.
The positions available are Monday-Friday 9am - 3pm, term-time only. The rate of pay is £10.87 per hour.
Our clients are seeking hardworking, proactive and reliable individuals. School cleaning experience is highly desirable. Applicants without this experience will be considered, but must be able to demonstrate a background working industrial or commercial cleaning. COSHH training is highly desirable.
**Duties will include**:
- Cleaning the school site
- Vacuuming carpeted areas and washing floors
- Use of cleaning equipment
- Emptying and cleaning bins
- Spot cleaning of spillages
- Cleaning desks, seats and skirting boards
- Cleaning toilet areas and replenishing toiletries
- Cleaning doors and windows
- Checking stock levels of cleaning materials
