**Are you looking to join our remarkable team of Care Assistants/Support Workers who spend every day making a difference to people's lives?**
We are looking to grow our team in Shoreham By Sea and are looking for compassionate, kind and supportive people to support our client with complex care needs.

We are looking for Care Assistants to support our funny, friendly and sociable client. He requires full support from everyone around him, including support with medication, personal care, nutrition and communication. Our client has Cerebral Palsy and hasa history of Epilepsy, Dysautonomia, Autonomic Dysfunction, and Osteoporosis.

**What we offer**:

- Up to £22 Per hour, paid 4 weekly
- Initial and on-going paid training

**FULL training will be provided on all areas of care we deliver such as**:

- Medication Management
- Manual handling
- Cerebral Palsy
- Gastrostomy
- Catheter care
- Secretion Management - Oral suctioning
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilation care
- Spinal Injury
- Epilepsy
