**Role**: Trainee Recruitment Executive - Top Training Programme

**Package**: £20,000 - £33,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£45K OTE Year 1)

**Location**:Reading

Our client are a specialist Tech and Mechanical Engineering recruitment agency. As a Trainee Recruitment Executive, you will receive world class training from our client, a mix of classroom based and hands on training from the directors. With a proven trackrecord of taking consultants from Trainee to top billers. Our client also put a focus on the environment they create, offering a highly supportive and family-feel environment. **The Role**
- Telephoning/meeting businesses, looking to develop professional relationships
- Autonomy over your own projects, with the mentorship from Managers
- Closing business deals
- Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants
- Client meetings
- Sales calls and business development
- Account management of existing clients
- Working towards key performance indicator (KPI) targets

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2:1 degree from a Top University or 2 Years sales experience
- Confident and outgoing
