**LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST**

Hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £28k plus up to £10k in OTE
Schedule: Monday to Friday

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads for various clients across a variety of industry sectors.

This role involves direct communication with businesses and organisations across a wide range of industry sectors. You’ll be reaching out via phone, building rapport, identifying needs, and generating qualified leads and appointments for the relevant business teams to convert.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to a variety of businesses and organisations across different industries.
- Generate high-quality leads for multiple clients, tailored to their unique requirements.
- Achieve and exceed lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with potential clients through confident and engaging communication.
- Accurately record all lead data and interactions in the relevant reporting tools.
- Work independently while staying aligned with overall campaign goals and client expectations.
- Collaborate with team managers to continuously improve performance and lead quality.

**Experience**
- Proven lead generation experience - ideally within a B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing environment.
- Motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving measurable results.
- Sales-focused, with a keen interest in generating business opportunities.
- Confident in making outbound calls and engaging with decision-makers across different industries.
- Personable and able to easily build rapport with prospective customers.
- Self-motivated and capable of working effectively on your own initiative.
- Professional and friendly in communication, both verbal and written.
