Prospectus is pleased to be working with an award winning, social justice charity called 'St Giles', based in Norfolk, whose mission is to provide support to people held back by poverty, exploited, abused, dealing with addiction or mental health problems,caught up in crime or a combination of these issues and others. Using expertise and real-life past experiences to empower people who are not getting the help they need, they show people there is a way to build a better future for themselves and those theycare about through support, advice, and training. They are now seeking a Women's Wellbeing Coach (Female adults) to join their dedicated team. This is offered as a temporary position, 9 Months Maternity Cover. You will be working 22 hours per week, across3 days and based in Norwich, with the expectation that the role will cover other locations in Norfolk.

As their Women's Wellbeing Coach, you will be part of a multi-agency team providing person-centred support focusing on holistically addressing a range of issues faced by service users referred by the National Probation Service. You will provide person-centredsupport to a caseload of service users who will be female adults aged 18 years and above, serving community sentences or being released from prison and complete Trauma Informed assessments and develop in collaboration with service user Action Plans which willresult in timely and prescribed outcomes being achieved. You will create a safe and trusting environment, using trauma informed practice to successfully facilitate a supportive and constructive relationship with service users and work towards contractual targetsand outcomes within agreed timescales and in line with specified quality standards.

Due to the nature of the role, you will have experience of working with young adults and supporting them to achieve positive outcomes and engaging successfully with challenging people, for example people who have complex needs or challenging behaviour. Youwill also have experience in delivery of 1:1 and group coaching solutions, including preparation and delivery of skills and learning and working with partner agencies either as part of a multi-agency team working towards common objectives or negotiating toestablish links to further the aims of a project.
