**Role**

**Further responsibilities within the Graphic Designer role will include;**
- Delivering creative work on time to align with the Endsleigh marketing campaign schedule.
- Ensuring adherence to relevant creative sign off procedures, project processes and that creative work and promotions comply with FCA requirements.
- Ensure the Endsleigh brand is protected, enhanced, maintained and consistent across all touch-points as per best practice.
- Supporting the Creative Lead in the production of high-quality design and promotional marketing materials in-line with brand guidelines.
- Able to provide a consistent look and feel across all deliverables, whether online or offline.
- Collaborating with the Creative Team, Marketing Manager, and Marketing Executives in the development of content

**Person**

The Midweight Graphic Designer will have hands-on experience designing across multiple platforms and using their own initiative in suggesting and delivering creative ideas. You should work well in a team and confidently contribute designs and demonstrate the desire to push boundaries with marketing creative in an entrepreneurial environment where you are the go-to for your expertise.

**The successful Graphic Designer will also have**
- Detailed understanding of Adobe Creative Suite experience (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, premier pro and after effects desirable but not essential)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Experience in delivering print materials in a B2B environment
- Digital awareness of web design and User Experience (UX) principles
- Ability to translate creative briefs across online and offline mediums
- Effective stakeholder influencing skills with the ability to articulate designs and ideas confidently
- Ability to manage multiple projects throughout their whole lifecycle and adjust priorities according to business needs
- Strong attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong decision maker with commercial acumen, sound judgement and effective prioritisation skills
