Engineering Manager needed for an expansive world leader, paying a healthly annual bonus, 25 days holiday and plenty of opportunity to progress
This pioneering company really are the front runner in their field, employing 120 people locally, 1000's more world-wide and growth is very much on their radar. To meet these growth expectations they are looking for a skilled people person who can:
- Lead all aspects of the factories maintenance, from machines to co-ordination of contractors
- Support with the procurement of capital investments
- Analyse data and statistics to ensure profitability, minimise production down time and implement realistic KPI's
- Ensure zero tolerance on unsafe practices
To succeed in this FMCG environment, its essential to have a practical mindset and a passion for people as well as:
- A HNC/Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering
- The ability to think on their feet to make business critical decisions
- Proven experience managing budgets
- Tenacity in striving for success and leading others to meet business directives.
In return for their skill and loyalty the Engineering Manager will be offered:
- £52-55k pa depending on experience
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
