**Technical Support - Post Production**

**Location**: V1 Violet, Daresbury (with EMEA travel)
**Department**: Post Production Technical Support
**Reports to**: Post Production Support Manager

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to queries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to post production hardware and software.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Blackmagic Design products and post production workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A genuine interest in post production and emerging technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical, methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive and empathetic approach to support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is highly desirable.
