**Corporate Receptionist - Construction/High-End Property**
**£28,000 - £35,000 (experience dependant)**
**West End**
This role is for an experience Receptionist who has exposure to working in a corporate work environment. The client has an outstanding portfolio of projects, they are looking for an engaging, professional and eager Receptionist to join their team.
**Responsibilities**:
- To welcome all visitors in a friendly manner and direct them to a meeting room
- Booking meeting rooms and conference calls
- Assist with travel arrangements, booking restaurants and couriers
- Help organise work events and conferences
- Prepare and submit staff expenses
- Support with facilities
- Preparing the meeting rooms with refreshments and IT, AV equipment
- Answering the company switchboard and taking messages
- Ordering sandwich lunches and organising In-house dining
- Basic admin/office duties - ordering office supplies, filling printers with paper and replacing toners

- Happy to do a varied role
- Confident and professional liaising with all clients/stakeholders
- Strong Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook skills
