Your Job is to help all team members deliver the following roles:
Ensuring Customers are welcomed and served to their needs
Food & Drinks are delivered to company training guides and specifications with the guests satisfaction in mind
Helping to deliver food & drinks sales targets
Competing with in house incentives and attending team meetings to keep up to date with changes to service
Attending in house Cook Off meetings for seasonal menu changes

The Bell hotel in Tewkesbury dates back to 1696, and follows in tradition with the towns Tudor-style buildings, banked alongside the River Severn it offers commanding views over rustic fields perfect for walkers adorning the Cotswold Countryside.

You will be joining an experienced and highly motivated team of individuals in helping to deliver the companies tasks and objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £6.00-£9.50 per hour
