The Brogue Trader is a family run business with 9 stores across the UK, selling some of the finest footwear this country has to offer. With over 130+ styles of footwear in store with multiple fittings and sizes, The Brogue Trader truly is a shoe connoisseurs heaven.

**Role Overview**

As part of the team you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive the highest levels of service each time they visit the store, this will include conversing with customers to understand their needs and providing a shoe fitting service. You will work as part of a team to help achieve a store lead sales target, along with maintaining store appearance and stockroom standards.

This role will have room for growth as we actively try to promote from within our business.

**Responsibilities of a Sales assistant**
- Engaging with and selling to customers on a daily basis; this will include fitting footwear, upselling product and making drinks for customers.
- Upholding The Brogue Trader’s high level of customer service and ensuring each customer has an excellent experience.
- Maintaining the stores appearance by upholding our cleanliness & merchandising standards.
- Processing incoming and outgoing stock & repairs along with maintaining stockroom standards.
