BARTENDER

This is an exciting opportunity experienced bartenders to join our expanding team.

We're currently looking for passionate people to join our dynamic team - offering huge opportunities to excel in the field. This individual needs to be a team player who has a keen interest in drinks and restaurant culture. Experience and the right attitude is necessary.

The FOH team is the face of our business, and needs to take pride in their role, ensuring that they go above and beyond in order to provide our customers with a lasting impression.

- Step into the restaurant with a smile on your face and a skip in your step
- Make each and every guest’s day by delivering consistently delicious drinks + providing a great customer experience every time
- Be a team player - you’re the first to roll up your sleeves and pitch in whenever necessary

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Work experience as a bartender
- Cocktail experience preferred
- Well presented
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer oriented
- Patient + friendly, a people person
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

We are looking for FOH team members with plenty of enthusiasm and a can do attitude. If you are the kind of friendly and outgoing personality who can keep smiling and stay positive throughout the day or night whilst working in a buzzing restaurant come on board and we will teach you the ins and outs of being part of AROT family.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
