**Accounts Executive**

**Job Type**:Permanent, Full Time, Hybrid

**Salary**: £28k - £44k

**Description**

We have an amazing opportunity to join a specialist Insurance team as an Account Executive, you'll be part of an amazing team who really support each other in what they do.

You will work as part of a team assisting clients on an ongoing basis. The role will encompass a mix of office and home working, with regular travelling required to meet with clients. Their clients are involved in a very wide variety of businesses, from high-techresearch and development, charities, haulage, construction, agriculture and goods production.

**You will have**
- You'll be joining a highly motivated team, supporting them to develop the team's portfolio with new and existing clients, and have a real passion for winning new work
- You'll possess a professional manner and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an Insurance Brokers environment
- Hold a clean driving license and access to your own transport
- Experience of Acturis software would be an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail
- Flexible attitude
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft office packages is key along with understanding cloud-based software and apps

**Some of the day to day will look like this**:

- You will liaise with existing clients as well as drive business development
- You will be responsible for winning new clients and fulfilling a new business target
- You'll build maintain relationships with your strong network of clients, get to know them, and understand their needs
- You must be prepared to travel, mainly within Essex and Suffolk, and it is therefore a requirement that applicants hold a full clean driving license and have access to their own transport
