**We are currently recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner **for an independent nursery based in Stretford, the nursery is embedded into the local community and has a great reputation.

This role is a permanent position working over 24 - 40 hours on a rota basis, must be full days on a rota between 7.30AM and and 6.30pm, they can also consider 4 long days with a day off. however unfortunately due to the needs of the children the nursery CAN NOT accommodate short days such as 9.00am-3.00pm

**What you need for the Nursery Practitioner role in Stretford**
- Level 3 in Childcare.
- Sound knowledge of EYFS
- Organisational skills
- Interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive individual that loves working as a team
- Experience of working with children
- Punctuality, patience, reliability and trustworthiness.

**Responsibilities of the Nursery Practitioner in Stretford** i**nclude**:

- Displaying a real passion for childcare.
- Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children.
- Observe and plan for your key children using the EYFS.
- Ensure the needs of the children are met, giving physical, emotional and intellectual guidance as appropriate.
- Lunch/snacks duty
- Promoting best practice in the nursery.
- Effectively supporting team members
