**Your Role**:
As a key member of our team, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience, whether they’re enjoying a meal in our restaurant or attending one of our exclusive events.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Restaurant**:

- Set up and maintain our beautiful restaurant spaces for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea service.
- Take customer orders with precision and serve food and drinks with a smile.
- Ensure all areas are immaculate and ready for service.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, promoting our menus and products with confidence.
- Communicate guest needs, including allergens, clearly to the kitchen team.

**Events**:

- Prepare and set up rooms for various events, ensuring every detail is perfect.
- Serve drinks and food at events with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with events and ensure all function areas are spotless.
- Provide excellent service of hot drinks and other refreshments to guests.

**Communication & Teamwork**:

- Work seamlessly with colleagues across all departments.
- Maintain clear, efficient communication with supervisors, managers, and guests.
- Always present yourself professionally, ensuring a positive experience for both colleagues and customers.
