**The Role**:
As a **Coach** at UBX Kingston, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional member experience. You’ll bring energy, expertise, and enthusiasm to every session, motivating members to push their limits while ensuring they feel supported and confident in their training.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective UBX workouts, ensuring proper form and technique during both boxing and functional strength exercises.
- Provide **1-2-1 coaching** tailored to members’ individual goals and fitness levels.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, making every member feel like part of the UBX community.
- Lead or assist with **workshops** on topics like boxing skills, strength training, and recovery techniques (e.g., breathwork).
- Support members participating in the **6 Week Training Camp**, ensuring they stay motivated and on track.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized gym environment.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the member experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Passion for Fitness**: A genuine enthusiasm for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
- **Boxing or Functional Training Experience**: A background in boxing, personal training, or group fitness instruction is highly desirable.
- **Exceptional Coaching Skills**: The ability to inspire, motivate, and correct members in a positive and encouraging way.
- **Communication & Energy**: Strong interpersonal skills with the energy to match UBX’s dynamic atmosphere.
- **Qualifications**: Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Personal Trainer) and first aid certification are preferred.
