We are looking for someone with a “can-do “attitude and relentless drive to achieve excellence. As a Maintenance Team Member, you will ensure that the hotel is kept in excellent condition. From checking fire alarms to keeping the gardens and minor repairs completed in a quick manner. You will be responsible for the day-to-day preventative & reactive maintenance within the hotel. You will need to make sure that the upkeeping of all areas is clean and tidy. All tasks need to be carried out to a high standard whilst adhering to health and safety legislation. We are situated three miles from the city centre and only four miles from Edinburgh Airport. Our Academy Conference Centre offers 14 meeting rooms for up to 120 guests. The Academy is located on the 5th floor of the hotel and offers superb panoramic views of the Pentland Hills. Our hotel has 303 bedrooms including both Executive and Family rooms. We have an excellent restaurant - Traders Restaurant - as well as a café and relaxing bar. We also have a fully equipped gymnasium, swimming pool, sauna and spa.
