Wolf Recruitment Group are a specialist Healthcare recruitment agency supplying both agency and permanent recruitment solutions to local and national organisations.
Due to considerable growth we are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join the team. This is a full time, permanent position working Monday
- Friday 0800-1600. In return we offer a salary of £20,000 pa, 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays, free parking and casual dress code
We pride ourselves on being a friendly but highly ambitious and successful team.
Responsibilities for Payroll Administrator Include:
- Checking a verification of timesheets
- Entering of data on to CRM
- Liaising with customers to resolves any discrepancies
- Compiling data in to excel format
- Invoicing customers
- Liaising with internal branches to resolve queries
Person specification for Payroll Administrator:
- Experienced and confident on all Microsoft packages
- Experience using accountancy software
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to be able to work to tight deadlines
- Experience working in payroll or accounts department is essential
**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
