An established Digital company based in Manchester city centre are currently looking for an Insight & Analytics Lead. The Insight & Analytics Lead will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable insights whilst also collaborating with businessleaders across the company's trading cores and growth missions to develop insight-driven strategies. They will champion the use of data throughout the business; ensuring everyone recognises the value of using data to inform decision making. The role will alsohave an element of mentorship and management of the existing data team - with an eventual aim of progressing into a fully-fledged "Head of Data" - however prior management experience is not necessary. The business itself has grown extensively over the last few years, already on their way to surpassing their record revenue. They now occupy 2 floors in their Manchester city-centre office and are looking to expand even further. The successful Insight & Analytics Lead will have the following experience; Substantial experience working in a Senior Data Analyst position Expert knowledge of SQL Strong communication skills - stakeholder engagement Preferably experience in a fast moving industry i.e. digital, e-commerce, retail etc. Exposure to Data Visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker etc) The role is offering a salary of circa £50,000 (dependent on experience) in addition to a range of benefits.
