We are currently recruiting for a warehouse order picker to join our head office facility based in Heywood.
**Shift Available**:
- Monday to Friday 19:00 to 04:00
**The role**
In this role you will:
- Use of other machinery or material handling equipment (i.e., PPT / LLOP)
- Ability to identify and sort case labels
- You will do this in either a cold environment or an ambient one - the cold storage is approximately minus 25 Celsius - just like working in the freezer; but we provide full PPE including coats, hats, and boots.
**What are we looking for?**
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
- Experience with Material handling (not essential) as full training can be provided
- Pick products
- Able to lift heavy items up to 18kg (i.e., 10 bags of sugar)
- Previous warehouse logistics experience
- Strong eye for attention to detail
- Self-motivated, team player to hit deadlines and tasks
- Commitment to work in face paced cold store environment
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
