**About you**:
You will be joining an equally passionate, fun and talented team dedicated to curating original guest experiences in an authentic, attentive and courteous manner. Meraki describes something done with soul, creativity and love, values that we are seeking in a new team member to take our guests on an immersive journey to the Greek islands through exceptional food, innovative drinks and unique sense of hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Head Waiter/ Head Waitress you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing our team of waiters/waitresses, ensuring that our standards are adhered to.
- Supervising, mentoring and training Waiters/Waitresses and new staff on the restaurant floor.
- Providing a warm welcome by greeting our guests, presenting menus, and explaining daily specials.
- Answering questions related to menu items, dietary requirements and suggest recommendations.
- Taking food and beverage orders, and providing an attentive and personalised level of service.
