PSR Rail are currently working with a TIER 1 contractor within the Rail Industry due to a recent project win, they are actively recruiting for a Site Agent in the Grays area.

**Responsibilities**:

- To lead and manage the site activities, and work in a safe, profitable, planned manner to achieve the programme and deliver a quality product and service in line with the Line of Sight
- To develop and maintain positive relationships
- To promote and protect the reputation whilst remaining customer focused and in line with Company policies and values
- To lead by example by engendering the collaborative culture throughout the site team, including suppliers and customers, ensuring that everyone works towards our common vision of a vibrant delivery mechanism that delivers on promises, chosen by customers and has safety at its core
- Be responsible for safety first culture onsite

**Experience & Qualifications)**
- Proven ability and experience delivering Civil Engineering projects within a Rail environment, with an ability to manage rail projects from tender handover to completion.
- Experience delivering projects using Network Rail suite of contracts and NEC3/4 (essential)
- Good working knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations, Network Rail standards and relevant industry regulations (essential)
- Ability to assess and adequately mitigate all risks including those associated with working within the railway environment
- Good Microsoft Project Skills
- Previous experience in assisting with the tendering process would be desirable
- Experience managing projects and working with other departments to achieve project deliverables.
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to influence and mentor to motivate employees to achieve exacting standards of compliance
- NVQ 6+, HNC/HND and / or a related Degree
- Personal Track Safety (PTS)
- London Underground (LUL) Worksite Safety Induction (WSI)
- Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
- Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) or Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS)
- Construction Skills Certifications Scheme (CSCS)
- Chartered membership (ICE or CIOB) is desirable
- Contractors Responsible Engineer (TWC, B&C) is desirable
