**In the role of Corporate Action specialist Associate-2, you will be responsible for**:
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Process timely and accurately all event related activity as set out within operating procedures.
- Where required verify the work of other Corporate Actions Specialists within the team for quality and accuracy.
- Deliver effective client service.
- Effectively prioritise the workload and ensure daily tasks are completed.
- Participate in departmental procedure review.
- Assist with collating department management information.
- Communicate effectively with agents, sub custodians & internal State Street departments
- Participate and complete assigned projects and departmental initiatives as required.
- Collaborate with other internal Corporate Actions teams to discuss event and market specific topics

**To be successful in this role, your experience should include**:
**Key Knowledge/Qualifications/Experience**:

- An understanding of the financial services industry
- Experience of Corporate Actions in a custody and/or middle office environment (preferred
- Educated to a degree level (preferred)

- Strong communication and inter-personal skills essential
