Position located in the UK (remote position). The Print Production Specialist reports to TDS’ Senior Global Print Buyer. The Print Production Specialist’s primary focus will be managing the EMEA print production jobs from order quotations to delivery. This individual will communicate daily with regional printers, activators, and teams within TDS to move print production jobs forward through completion. Attention to detail and organization are paramount for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead day-to-day print operations for EMEA gift card production jobs on behalf of TDS clients.
- Obtain individual order quotations from printers/activators (including card cost, shipping and any applicable taxes/duties)
- Route order summaries to clients for approval prior to print kickoff
- Manages gathering print assets for each print order; including requesting art files, card data and print purchase order.
- Review/approve art proofs, data proofs and label proofs (in collaboration with the print team). -Catching and correcting errors before they go to press.
- Traffic proof approvals to necessary stakeholders (internal and external)
- Conduct redemption tests on all print orders
- Review/approve shipping documents (in collaboration with the print team)
- Maintain updated records within internal print production tracking documents
- Ensure all print milestones are achieved in a timely manner throughout the print production process (with printers, activators, and the internal team)
- Troubleshooting when issues arise and helping determine the best solution
- Escalating issues timely if they could potentially impact on-time delivery
- Lead press checks (as needed) for new client artwork
- Attend with or on behalf of TDS clients.
- Partner with the press operator to get the card artwork to the client’s desired color(s) prior to going to full press.
- Requesting press proofs, drawdowns and/or Epson proofs when an in-person press check is not possible for new client artwork.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of print experience preferred (gift card print experience preferred, but not required)
- 2-3 years of experience in project management required
- Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively with all levels of the organization and clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outstanding project management skills: ability to handle multiple projects with dynamic priorities and deadlines
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Learns quickly and applies that knowledge to everyday tasks and challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Outlook, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- University degree
