A.M. Enforcement Ltd are looking for trainees to join our growing team of Enforcement Agents on a self-employed basis. (Certificated agents will be considered also.)
What we can offer you?

What does the role involve?
- Executing warrants, high court writs and liability orders in a professional manner
- Consistently adhering to company policies and legislation at all time
- Seize and control of goods when required to do so
- Liase with clients, colleagues and debtors in a constructive and ethical manner.
- Planning and attending visits to customer addresses in the UK (Locality is at your discretion)
- Arranging, obtaining and following up on payments
- Managing workload and routes independently and efficiently
- Completing coherent and accurate reports in a timely manner

- Ideal role for those that have experience of working in a customer service, sales or security environment.
- Pro-active and ambitious attitude as you will be in total control of your earnings
- Capable of using tact and diplomacy when necessary
- Ability to exceed targets.
- Computer literate and mathematically competent
- Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in difficult situations.
- High level of self-motivation and work during unsociable hours (between 6am and 9pm).
- Conflict management and working under pressure
- Target driven
Pay: £40,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
