Our client, is a fantastic golf club based near Epsom, Surrey. They have a newly refurbished clubhouse with an onsite events space and are looking to recruit a Supervisor to work within the clubhouse and bar.
As the Supervisor / Shift Leader day to day tasks will include:

- Assisting the Front of House Manger in overseeing the staff ensuring a high level of customer service is always maintained
- Welcome guests to the establishment creating a positive environment
- Serving guests in the all-table service restaurant a high-quality service
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Work with the team to create a vibrant atmosphere
- Represent the brand on a day-to-day basis
- Know the menus inside out, to help guide guests to recommend dishes for them
- Implementing & Maintaining Health & Safety Standards
- Training & Developing Staff
- Stock Management
- Assist in running of events when required
- Cashing up at the end of the day and input the daily takings
- Ensure the site is opened and closed correctly every day
- Ensuring stock rotation
- Checking cleaning schedules are completed on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Cash handling
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
As a Supervisor / Shift Leader you need to have:

- A passion for the work you do
- Great attention to detail
- Social team player
- Bubbly personality
- Experience in management
- Previous events and/or Hospitality experience
- Experience in running a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Leadership qualities
- Team Player
- Level 2 Food Hygiene (Not essential as training can be given)
