**Business Management Trainee**

**SMP - Edinburgh - for those based in Edinburgh**

We are currently looking for an individual experienced in working face to face with customers, we offer a hands-on role for people who have a desire to succeed. The mission is to develop your current skills, whilst acquiring and adapting to what is taught and trained in this new opportunity. Join our determined and thriving team, who are dedicated to expanding our client’s customer base. We work alongside some of the world’s top brands, representing their products and services.

The ideal Business Management Trainee will be a motivated, organised individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. We are looking for highly driven individuals, who aren't afraid to take control and step forward. You will need to show versatility to adapt through our different campaigns and multi-task through different tasks day to day.

Trainees should expect to receive:

- Training in sales and marketing.
- Travelling around the UK.
- Trained in leadership roles.
- Bonuses/rewards.

**Salary**:

- Starting salary: £24,000 - £26,000.
- With £32,000 OTE.

We are looking for someone who has the skills to contribute by:

- Bringing brand awareness for our clients.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Acquiring new customers.
- Versatility to work all our campaigns - B2B, residential, events, telecommunications etc.
