Job Opportunity

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Prevent and deter unauthorised access to the site.
- Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV.
- Conduct external and internal security patrols.
- Maintain all logbooks and records, ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely fashion and conduct effective handover procedures.
- Provide visitors with a positive experience.
- Excellent customer service when dealing with tenants and member of public
- Internal and external patrolling, including locking and unlocking of the premises
- Dealing with various emergency situations, including report writing and communicating with emergency services
- Key control
- Efficient reporting of loss, stolen and or vandalised equipment and/or property
- Health & Safety Observation Checks
- Ensuring the Safety of Employees and Customers. Deter and apprehend shoplifters at various retail locations.
- Provide Customer Service when Necessary.
- Handle Crisis and Emergency Situations with Confidence.
- Comply with carrying out other duties reasonably requested from the customer or line manager

Essential Skills
- SIA Licence
- Right to work in the UK and a 5-year checkable history
- Able to get to the Site on-time for your shifts (reasonable commute)
- Excellent customer service
- Good Knowledge of Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Computer literate
- Driving licence and access to own vehicle/ good transport links
