Are you a Finance Manager looking for the next step in your career? Are you accustomed to working closely with operational teams to produce reports and commercial KPI’s? Do you enjoying engaging in customer meetings to help identify commercial efficiencies?
We’re currently on the search for a **Finance Manager** on a full-time, permanent basis for our Tesco Recycling contract. This is a **remote based** opportunity, ideally in the “Midlands”, however, travel to sites for meetings will be required. This fast-paced, operation, is all about recycling and reuse. You’ll manage a small team and need to deliver clear and credible reporting,forecasting and budgeting exercises, to shape and influence operational direction with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to **£50,000 **per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, aswell as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.
**What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Produce accurate and timely weekly accounts, and analyse any variances
- Support site-based projects teams for generation of savings increasing operational performance
- Reconcile month end, balance sheets, revenue reconciliations in line with company standards
- Reforecasting and budget preparation for annual GXO budgets
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Proven experience in a finance management role, ideally with exposure to an open book contract environment
- Experienced in finding cost efficiencies and potential savings
- Exposure to building strong business relationships with both internal and external customers
- Ideally fully CIMA or ACCA qualified, with 1 year post qualification experience.
