C4DI are looking to take on a Reception and Event Support Apprentice to join their growing team. In this role you will be greeting and welcoming guests, providing excellent customer service, assisting with event set-up and so much more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.
- Providing excellent customer service and assistance to visitors.
- Managing reception duties, including answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and handling deliveries.
- Assisting with event preparation and setup, including arranging seating, signage, and equipment.
- Supporting event coordination by assisting with attendee registration, check-in, and coordination of activities.
- Assisting with event logistics, such as catering, audiovisual setup, and room layout.
- Providing on-site support during events, including guiding attendees, addressing inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
- Assisting with post-event cleanup and organization of event materials.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills in all interactions with guests and team members.
- Following health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all guests and staff.
- Participating in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in event management and customer service.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operation of front-of-house and event support functions.
- Contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and attendees.
