**Summary**

We are looking for an organised and proactive **Renewable Energy Administrator** to support our growing Renewable Energy team. This part-time role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in contributing to the success of sustainable energy solutions.

**Working Hours - 09.30am till 2.30 Monday to Friday (30 Hours)**

**Salary - £25,400 per annum, (pro rata)**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Renewable Energy department
- Process project paperwork, including installation documents, compliance forms, and warranties
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for surveys, installations, and maintenance visits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using internal systems
- Liaise with customers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and timely updates
- Assist with compiling reports and documentation for regulatory and funding purposes
- Monitor and manage departmental inboxes, responding to enquiries or escalating where necessary
- Support invoice processing, purchase orders, and stock management administration
- Ensure all compliance and health & safety documentation is recorded correctly

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in renewable energy or construction preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office
- A team player who is proactive and keen to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,400.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
