The role of Repairs Supervisor:

- Oversee internal trades team and specialist external contractors undertaking reactive repairs to the Housing stock
- Accountable for all H&S on site
- Ensure quality of service and reactive repairs undertaken are to the required standard
- Interact with residents, scheme managers & housing officers ensuring satisfaction of service is achieved
I would love to hear from a Repairs Supervisor who has:

- Social housing experience
- Supervisor experience
- Full UK Driving License
- Reactive repairs experience
