We are currently seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our fantastic team and maintain the OUTSTANDING service that we provide.

As one of our Nursery Practitioners, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their development.

**Duties**:

- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and any incidents
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child's development
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early years education
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the nursery

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
- Nursery experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
