**About the role**

**Key responsibilities**
- Lead and deliver executive hiring strategies, partnering closely with our most senior leaders.
- Design and execute bespoke sourcing strategies that attract top-tier, diverse talent.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout every stage of the hiring journey.
- Collaborate closely with the wider resourcing team and peers, ensuring alignment, knowledge sharing, and a joined-up approach to talent acquisition.
- Use market intelligence and data to shape decisions, drive performance, and challenge the status quo.
- Be a catalyst for continuous improvement, helping embed a modern, proactive, and value-driven executive search approach.

**About you**
- Proven experience delivering senior-level search.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills — you're credible, consultative, and collaborative.
- A track record of sourcing diverse talent and shaping inclusive hiring strategies.
- A data-informed mindset and the ability to turn insights into action.
- Strong governance, project delivery, and influencing capabilities.
