The role available is for an experienced Sales Negotiator (minimum one year experience in Estate Agency), for our flagship Great Park office.

**Requirements**:

- A proven track record of success in estate agency, minimum 1 years’ experience, and a strong desire to excel in the field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.

Our working hours are Monday - Friday 09:30-17:30, and every other Saturday 10:00-14:00, with 4 hours taken in lieu the following week.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: £25,000-£35,000 OTE per annum

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday 09:30 - 17:30
- Every other Saturday 10:00 - 14:00, 4 hours taken back in lieu
