Our Liverpool based client requires a Compliance Officer to join their small, but well-established team.

**THE ORGANISATION**

**THE ROLE**

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will give you a lot of exposure to senior leadership. You will be responsible for delivering the following:

- Being responsible for all compliance activities across the organisation as they continue to expand (with significant support from the group function)
- Giving compliance support to new projects and support getting compliance embedded in the 1st line
- Consumer duty monitoring & reporting and data protection improvements

**YOU MUST HAVE**
- A demonstrable background in compliance, ideally within an FCA regulated environment

**THE PACKAGE**
- Circa £45,000 + Attractive benefits package
- Hybrid role (2/3 days per week in Liverpool office)
