**Social Return is a growing, Durham-based Case Management Company with premises near to the city centre.**
As Case Managers we coordinate services and support people with complex healthcare needs and those who have survived serious life-changing injuries and who are rebuilding their lives and futures.
An opportunity has arisen for an office administrator/client services administrator to join our established administration team.
As an office administrator, you will assist the office manager, senior managers and case management team in a number of areas of financial and business administration, under the supervision of the office manager. This will include:
- Invoicing and payment collection process, from beginning to end: ensuring invoices are completed correctly, reconciliation between systems, sending invoice to fee payers and managing relationships with external stakeholders in collecting payments.
- Maintaining accurate and effective weekly and monthly financial reporting, working together with the office manager and senior team.
- Ensuring aged debt is kept to a minimum: regularly track overdue invoices and payment dates, chase payments and payment remittances when necessary, reconcile invoices and deductions from payments.
- Provide monthly insight into the state of our aged debt.
- Ongoing bank reconciliation.
- Assisting in scheduling and diary management, organising meetings and assisting in the management of events
- To provide general administrative support, assisting with human resources activities, financial services and customer service to our clients, visitors, customers and colleagues
- To provide administrative support to the case management team, including but not limited to: scheduling and managing appointments and meetings, document preparation and admin checks, typing documents, researching information via phone/internet, producing and sending letters as required.
- To maintain filing systems in a user friendly and efficient manner and ensuring all information held is kept up to date and relevant.
- Sorting and distributing appropriately the incoming mail on and organising outgoing mail with the correct postage paid and deliver to post box on a daily basis.
- Assisting in maintaining the company’s case management documentation system, working with the office manager to ensure the information is accurate and up to date on a monthly basis.
- To minute a variety of in-house and external meetings, providing timely and accurate records
- Arrange the booking of meeting rooms and provide refreshments.
- Typing of letters / minutes, etc. as required.
- Support the recruitment process and provide effective support of our HR processes.
- Support the office manager and the senior management team on activities relating to service improvement, quality control and audit.
- Maintain a flexible working pattern to suit the needs of the service
- Ensure the office remains clean, tidy and clutter free at all times.
- Any other reasonable task requested by the office manager and senior management team which is within the post holder competence.
Applicants for this position must demonstrate experience in a relevant role, preferably with experience of financial administration and debt management.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
